CODE OF CONDUCT
Elite Skills is dedicated to creating a positive, safe, and respectful environment where every participant — whether on the court or in the art studio — can learn, grow, and have fun. This Code of Conduct outlines expectations for athletes, artists, and families to ensure that all sessions, camps, and events reflect our core values: discipline, creativity, teamwork, and respect.

RESPECT & SPORTSMANSHIP (All Programs)
- Treat coaches, instructors, staff, parents, and other participants with respect at all times.
- Demonstrate good sportsmanship and creative collaboration — win, lose, or create, represent Elite Skills with pride.
- Refrain from yelling, taunting, profanity, or negative gestures.
- Bullying, intimidation, or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
- Respect others’ ideas, artwork, and personal space.

ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY
- Arrive on time for all sessions, classes, games, and camps.
- Consistent attendance supports progress, confidence, and group success.
- Late arrivals may lose participation time if the session has already started.
- Missed sessions are non-refundable and not rescheduled.
- Respect others’ ideas, artwork, and personal space.

FACILITY RULES
- Respect all Elite Skills facilities — gym, classroom, or studio space.
- Handle equipment, materials, and supplies with care.
- No hanging on rims, drawing on walls, or misuse of art tools or sports equipment.
- Food and sugary drinks are not allowed in activity areas (water only).
- Keep belongings organized and leave the space clean after each session.
- Follow staff directions for safety, parking, and entry procedures.

DRESS CODE
- Participants must wear the Elite Skills uniform or appropriate attire for their program:
- Basketball: Athletic clothing and clean sneakers.
- Art: Art smocks or clothing suitable for creative activity (paint-friendly).
- Remove jewelry or accessories that could cause injury or distraction.
- Always bring a refillable water bottle.
- Follow staff directions for safety, parking, and entry procedures.

PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
- Follow all coach or instructor directions respectfully.
- Show effort, focus, and teamwork at all times.
- Refrain from disruptive behavior, rough play, or unsafe use of art materials.
- Treat all classmates and teammates kindly — no teasing or negative language.
- Fighting, verbal abuse, or destruction of property will result in immediate action.
- Follow staff directions for safety, parking, and entry procedures.

PARENT & GUARDIAN CONDUCT
- Encourage your child positively — avoid sideline coaching or correcting during activities.
- Maintain a respectful and supportive attitude toward all staff and participants.
- Address questions or concerns privately with Elite Skills management, not during class or training time.
- Parents who consistently disrupt the learning or training environment may be asked to leave or forfeit future participation.

Basketball Training
- Parents are welcome to observe training sessions; however, we encourage giving children space to focus and build independence. We prefer that parents drop off and pick up after the session.
- Do not instruct, correct, or call out to your child during training.
- Observing parents must remain in the designated viewing area and may not interfere with coaching or instruction.

Art Programs
- Parents are not permitted to remain during art classes.
- This ensures children can fully express themselves creatively, interact with peers, and focus under instructor supervision.
- Parents may drop off and pick up at designated times and can request updates from staff as needed.

Camps (Basketball or Art)
- Parent presence is not permitted except during official sign-in and sign-out.
- Campers must be dropped off and picked up at the times stated in camp communications.

SAFETY & CONDUCT VIOLATIONS
- Physical aggression, bullying, harassment, or discrimination is strictly prohibited.
- Unsafe behavior or misuse of materials will result in immediate redirection or removal.
- Depending on severity, violations may lead to permanent removal (without refund)
- Elite Skills staff follow strict safety and supervision standards in all programs.

COMMUNICATION
- Keep your contact information current to receive updates and alerts.
- Check text or email notifications for schedule changes, weather updates, or policy reminders.
- Maintain respectful communication with all Elite Skills staff and families.
- Staff will only contact families through approved channels.

PAYMENTS & ENROLLMENT
- All program fees must be paid in full before participation begins.
- Late payments may result in suspension until the balance is cleared.
- Refunds, transfers, and cancellations follow policies listed on the Elite Skills website.
- Staff are not permitted to accept direct payments unless authorized by management.

CAMP DETAILS
- Our Day and Week Camps run 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Please ensure on-time drop-off and pick-up.
- Lunch is not provided, so pack a meal, snacks, and a refillable water bottle daily.
- Lunch is offered only during select Summer Camp weeks; families will be notified in advance.
- Pick-ups after 5:00 PM will incur a late fee per our Late Pick-Up Policy. Early drop-off is also available for an additional fee.

CAMP PARTICIPATION
- Camps are open to all age groups. Participants are grouped by age and/or skill level.
- Participants under 6 must complete a readiness tryout before enrollment.

OTHER IMPORTANT POLICIES
- Only one schedule change is permitted per participant.
- For art programs, parents must purchase required materials using the Amazon link provided at registration.

- By enrolling in any Elite Skills program, all clients and participants agree to uphold this Code of Conduct and support our mission to build skill, creativity, and character—both on the court and in the classroom.
